We roast all our coffee fresh in order to ensure peak flavor and quality. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we maintain a strict no cancellation, no return, and no refund policy.

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product due to our error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof at care@thecoffeenextdoor.com We will assess and provide a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
