This dream started somewhere between back-to-back shifts and back-to-back coffees.
As a chef, I spent years in kitchens where we barely had time to eat — but coffee? Coffee was survival. It was warmth in chaos. It was the one thing that kept us going when everything else was a blur.
Somewhere along the way, coffee became more than a drink. It became home.
The Coffee Next Door was born from that feeling — of needing a place to slow down in a life that never does. A space for the ones always on the clock, always on the move. For the early risers, the late workers, the tired thinkers, the dream chasers.
I didn’t want to build a fancy café. I wanted to build a pause. A second home. where you can show up how you are — tired, inspired, hungry, curious — and feel like you belong. With better coffee. And honest comfort.
